LA EDAD DE CREER EN ESAS COSAS
Project about love for domestic spaces
La edad de creer en esas cosas by Isabel Toledo is a study about love at the present time, it’s on how the new generations build love relationships in Mexico City. Narrates the reconstruction of a woman’s identity in her new apartment after her first breakup: it is the story of Isabel who guide’s spectators between fiction and documentary.
The project was originally designed to be developed in domestic spaces -houses and apartments- inserting the story of the character in tension with the memory of each space. This first approximation marked as slogan that the project would change its structure and content depending on the story and the possibilities of each architecture were a house, a theater or an art gallery.
